1、在亚马逊后台左侧点击Elastic IPs

2、点击Allocate New Address新建一个ip

3、右键新建的ip选择Association Address

4、弹出的窗口，点击Instance 选择实例，选择后点击Associate进行绑定

5、进入Instances，点击实例，在下面查看是否绑定成功
